Processing Activities
As the data controller under GDPR, we engage in the following processing activities:
Website visits
When you visit our website, we use cookies to make the site function, which you can read more about in our cookie policy.
Communication with potential customers
If you have any questions about our site or would like more information about our services, you can contact us via:

In doing so, we will process your personal data to engage in a dialogue, for example, to answer questions about our services. We only process the information you provide during our communication. Typically, we process general information such as name, email, and phone number.
Our legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you want our services. Should there be a need to retain your personal data for longer, we will inform you accordingly.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure proper delivery of services. This may involve processing information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment details, etc.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters have been resolved, we will delete the personal data.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that you can voluntarily subscribe to—and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers new information about our company, which may include announcements about our services or updates to our website content.
We will only send emails if you have actively given your consent. First, you must provide your email address, which we will then confirm by sending a verification email. This ensures that you have actively signed up for the newsletter.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data (email address) for the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We will process your data as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending emails. If we do not send you a newsletter for a year, your consent will expire due to inactivity.
Upon unsubscribing, we will retain your prior consent for two years to meet legal requirements, as per the Consumer Ombudsman’s guidelines on spam (section 11.3).
Accounting
We are required to retain all accounting records according to the Bookkeeping Act. This means that we retain invoices and similar records, which may contain general personal data such as name, address, and description of services.
Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We retain this information for at least five years after the end of the current financial year.
Job Applications
We welcome job applications and will evaluate whether they meet our company’s employment needs.
If you send us a job application, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you submit an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess its relevance and delete your data if there is no match.
If you apply for an advertised position, we will dispose of your application if you are not hired, shortly after the right candidate is selected.

Data Processors
We rely on partners and suppliers, some of whom act as data processors.
External suppliers may provide systems to organize our work, services, advice, IT hosting, or marketing.
