Information about Float Centre Aarhus
Gekko 9 ApS offers a range of purchasing options for its services, including single purchases, clip cards, and subscriptions. These can be made via the company’s website (https://pausestudio.dk) or directly at the PAUSE recovery studio location at Frederiks Plads 28, 8000 Aarhus. The terms and conditions apply to all users of Gekko 9 ApS. PAUSE Recovery Studio is a float centre in Aarhus.
These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Gekko 9 ApS and one natural person (hereinafter the ‘User’) regarding the purchase. Only individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Denmark are eligible to enter into an agreement with Gekko 9 ApS regarding the purchase.
These Terms collectively constitute the agreement between the User and Gekko 9 ApS.
In order to access the purchase, the user is required to read and accept the terms and conditions.
Scope of the Service
The purchase provides the user with access to Gekko 9 ApS’s services at the float centre specified at the time of ordering.
To gain access to the purchase, the user must register their details and, when purchasing a clip card, book the ordered treatment on the portal with the code received by email in connection with the purchase.
Multi session packages must be used to book the purchased service within 24 months.
Registration of data
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the user may only provide information regarding their own debit and credit cards.
Fees and Payment
Fees for use of the Service shall be paid in accordance with the price list applicable from time to time, which can be found on the Website.
Payment for services
The user shall make payment for single purchases, vouchers and subscriptions via the payment methods offered by Gekko 9 ApS on the website. The User agrees to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available for payment via the chosen means of payment on each payment date.
PAUSE Members Club members are required to pay a fixed monthly fee. Membership is personal, payable in advance on a rolling basis and automatically renewed until cancelled. Any cancellation must be made in writing via email to mail@pausestudio.dk. Once cancellation has been processed, no further payments will be made, but access to membership benefits will continue until the current period expires.
As a member, you will enjoy a range of benefits and discounts via a dedicated membership page. Please refer to the website for details of the prices applicable to these benefits and discounts. Please note that membership discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Float/Sauna/Boots membership (package is no longer available to new members).
The fixed monthly fee for membership of PAUSE recovery studio includes access to float, sauna and boots facilities. The membership is personal, paid in advance and automatically renewed until cancelled.
As a Float member, you will receive one complimentary single float treatment each month. Similarly, as a Sauna member, you will receive one complimentary single infrared sauna treatment each month. Finally, as a Boots member, you will receive one complimentary session with our recovery boots each month. To redeem the complimentary treatment, please enter the code provided via email upon booking at pausestudio.dk.
As a member, you have the option to purchase an unlimited number of treatments (for your own use) of all types at a discounted price. Please enter the special code provided via email upon booking at pausestudio.dk to obtain the discounted price.
Price adjustment and changes
Gekko 9 ApS reserves the right to amend the price and other conditions of purchase at any time. Any changes to subscriptions must be communicated to the user no later than thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect. In the event of such changes, the user is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. Should the user fail to terminate the subscription prior to the change taking effect, this shall be deemed to be acceptance of the change. Any changes that are clearly beneficial to the user will be applied immediately, without the option to terminate the user’s subscription.
About special offers and discounts
Please note that it is not possible for the purchaser to combine offers and discounts.
About gift cards
In the case of gift vouchers purchased via LifePeaks, please note that LifePeaks is an independent company that handles the sale of gift cards for PAUSE recovery studio (Gekko 9 ApS).
Please be advised that the purchase of gift cards is subject to the general terms and conditions of LifePeaks.
Payment Methods
Gekko 9 ApS accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Mobilepay Online.
Please note that payment will only be deducted from your account when the purchase is delivered in the form of a confirmed booking of a treatment or when an active code for booking treatment(s) is delivered by email. This is unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Please note that all prices displayed on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Gekko 9 ApS utilises a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, ensuring the protection of your data from unauthorised access.
Furthermore, the Gekko 9 ApS website utilises SSL encryption technology.
Right of cancellation
In the event of a purchase made on the website, the customer is entitled to a full 14-day right of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.
The 14-day period commences on the date of delivery.
Please note that any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This notification must be received by us within 14 days of our informing you of your right to cancel.
Please send all cancellation requests by email to mail@pausestudio.dk. Please note that the message must clearly state your intention to exercise your right of cancellation.
Please note that refunds are not available for products received free of charge (100% discount), such as sponsorships, competitions, etc.
Please note that reservations cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the session is due to start.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel subscription purchases, as the service will commence immediately upon registration.
Warranty
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a two-year warranty is offered on physical products. In the event of any defects in software, material or manufacturing, customers are entitled to submit a complaint.
Any complaints regarding errors or defects must be submitted to Gekko 9 ApS within a reasonable time frame following receipt of the goods. A reasonable timeframe for this is considered to be a maximum of two months, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the cost of shipping at our discretion. Please note that we will not accept a complaint if the product has been incorrectly or unusually operated. Gekko 9 ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.
