As we said before, cryotherapy can have lots of great benefits, but before you step into our cryosauna, it’d be a good idea to know the step-by-step process of the treatment. Here’s how it all works.
- Introduction: One of our experienced instructors will introduce you to the treatment and answer any questions you may have.
- We’ll then move on to the next step, which is disrobing. You’ll need to undress, removing all clothing and jewellery. We suggest you wear underwear and maybe a sports bra or top, as long as it doesn’t have metal.
- Next, you’ll enter the cryosauna.
- Guided Treatment: One of our instructors will be with you throughout the session, showing you what to do and answering any questions you may have. If you have any questions or need help at any time, just ask.
- Once you’ve finished the treatment, you’ll get out of the sauna and change back into your clothes, or you can go on to another one of our treatments.
As we said in step four, your head be positioned above the cryosauna, so you can see the instructor at all times. You can always stop or end the treatment if you need to.

There’s only space for one person in the cryosauna at a time. But many guests choose to share the experience with someone they know. You can also buy a two-person cryotherapy session, where you’ll get the cold session one after the other.

The treatment itself takes place in an enclosed sauna chamber, where the temperature is well below -100 degrees Celsius. Your head doesn’t go inside the sauna box; it sticks out at the top. Cryotherapy is now a well-known form of therapy with many health and beauty benefits.

How does cryotherapy work?
When you arrive at the studio, the instructor will follow you to the cryosauna, where you will change into just underwear and socks. You will then put on the provided shoes, gloves, neck tube, and bathrobe.
Next, the instructor will assist you into the cryosauna, help you remove the bathrobe, and start the treatment. The session lasts 2-3 minutes, and the instructor will be with you throughout the process.
Is it safe to use your cryosauna?
The cryosauna is a new development from the world-leading Finnish manufacturer CTN and is one of the few on the market that operates on electricity. This means that the cold is not concentrated at the bottom of the sauna but is distributed more evenly across the body.
The intelligent measurement of the body’s temperature at six selected points ensures that you receive precisely the amount of cold necessary, and the session stops as soon as the target temperature is reached.
The instructor is always by your side, and you can always open the door and stop the session if needed.
How often can you use the cryosauna?
Most people prefer 1-2 sessions per week, but there is no issue with using the cryosauna more frequently if desired.
