All our sessions come in two versions, single and couple, so if you’d like to bring your partner along, you’ve got plenty of options. We’re excited to welcome you and look forward to providing you with an amazing experience.

We’ve created the perfect setting for wellness, where relaxation, well-being and luxury are at the forefront. At PAUSE Recovery Studio, there’s room for everyone. You can come by yourself or bring a friend, colleague, sister, or mum.

What if there are more than two of us who want to get together?

Just drop us a line to find out what we can do if there are more than two of you looking to get together.

If you’re a group, for example, on a friends’ trip, bachelorette party, or department event, we can put together an exclusive programme just for you.

Just wondering how long the wellness packages usually last?

Our wellness packages usually last around two hours. As well as the time allocated to each treatment, we allow for instructions, changing and so on.

What if you've booked a session and then get sick?

If you can’t make it, you can always reschedule or cancel your booking. Just a heads-up: PAUSE recovery studio has a limited number of appointments each day.

So, we’d be really grateful if you could cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts, so we can offer that time to other guests.
