Feel the benefits for yourself

01

Give your immune system a boost!

When you’re unwell, a fever is your body’s way of fighting off viruses and bacteria. Similarly, sweating in an infrared sauna studio boosts your immunity by imitating the same defence response.

02

Reduce pain

We all know that heat therapy is great for relaxing muscles and joints. And since infrared rays can penetrate deep into the body, the heat waves are an effective way to relieve muscle and joint pain.

03

Recover from your workouts.

Infrared saunas are a popular choice among athletes, as they can help speed up the recovery process for tired and sore muscles. This means you can push yourself harder, and get back to training sooner.

So, how does an infrared sauna work?

The infrared sauna is a private space and has a few key differences from a traditional sauna.

One of the main differences is the temperature. As we said, the temperature is lower in an infrared sauna. When you come for an infrared sauna treatment at PAUSE, we’ll gradually heat the sauna to around 45 degrees Celsius. By comparison, the temperature in a traditional sauna is usually around 80-90 degrees Celsius.

An infrared sauna can be great for your physical and mental well-being. The treatment helps to relax your muscles, making it easier for you to unwind. On top of that, the treatment helps to renew the skin, improve blood circulation, and a lot more.

Sauna for two

If you’d like to share the experience with a partner or friend, each sauna can accommodate up to two people.

Treat yourself to a bit of everyday luxury with an infrared sauna

There are lots of great reasons to use an infrared sauna regularly.

Infrared saunas are a pretty ancient treatment method from Asia, but they’ve only recently made their way to the West. The sauna emits infrared light, which produces heat when it hits the body. This light therapy will leave you feeling calm and relaxed as the warm rays touch your skin. It also helps your body and mind to recover more quickly.

Infrared saunas are a new way to improve your wellbeing. They use infrared light waves to heat your body directly. This direct heating has a number of health benefits.

Firstly, it helps to improve blood circulation, which is essential for a healthy immune system. With better blood flow, immune cells can get to where they’re needed more quickly. Secondly, the deep heat from an infrared sauna helps the body to detox.

It also helps the body get rid of toxins that can affect the immune system by encouraging the body to sweat. On top of that, the sauna’s relaxing effect can help reduce stress, which is known to have a negative impact on the immune system.
