This is a two hour wellness package with:

• Cryotherapy in a full body cryo chamber
• Infrared sauna in private sauna room
• Floating therapy in spacious and private floating spa
• Healthy snacks and soft drinks

The wellness package lasts approximately 75 minutes and includes:

• Infrared sauna in a private sauna room
• Cryotherapy for the whole body in a full-body cryosauna
• A final session in the infrared sauna
• Shower after the treatment
• Healthy snacks and refreshments served
• Bathrobe, towels, slippers and shampoo provided

Time is of course included for instructions, changing, etc.

Approximately 90 minutes are allocated for the entire session:

• 60 minutes of floating therapy in a spacious floating spa
• Towel, bath slippers, shampoo, earplugs, etc.

Time is naturally set aside for instruction, changing, and other preparations.

Approximately 15 minutes are allocated for each session:

• 8-10 minute light therapy session in a private room
• Bath slippers, eye protection, etc.
• The package includes 10x Red Light Therapy sessions
• The package can be freely shared with others

Time is naturally set aside for instruction and other preparations.

The package gives access to ten floating sessions for one person (60 min):

• 60 minutes of floating therapy in a private floating spa
• Towel, bath slippers, shampoo, earplugs, etc.
• The package can be freely shared with others
