Gekko 9 ApS sells services such as subscription to services at The terms and conditions apply between the individual user and Gekko 9 ApS.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Gekko 9 ApS and one natural person (hereinafter the “User”) regarding the Subscription. Only persons who are 18 years or older and live in Denmark may enter into an agreement with Gekko 9 ApS regarding the Subscription.

These Terms together constitute the agreement in force between the User and Gekko 9 ApS.

In order to access the subscription, the User must read and accept the terms of trade.

Extent of the service

The purchase gives the User access to Gekko 9 ApS’s services determined when ordering.

Access to the purchase

In order to gain access to the Purchase, the user must register his information when purchasing a subscription, and book ordered session(s) on the portal with the code received by mail in connection with the purchase. All codes expire after 1 year and must be used to book session (s) before this time.

Registration of data

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. Upon registration, the User may only provide information regarding own payment and credit cards

Fees and Payment

Fees for use of the service must be paid according to the at any time valid pricelist accessible on the homepage.

Payment for subcribtion are paid in advance every month.

The User must make the payment for subscription using the offered ways of payment by Gekko 9 ApS at the website. The User commits to signing the necessary documents and at payment date having enough funds for payment available via the chosen way of payment.

Conditions for subscription

Float and sauna members pay a fixed amount monthly for membership of pause recovery studio

Membership is personal, paid in advance and renewed automatically until terminated

Float membership provides 1 free (single) float session each month, while sauna membership provides 1 free (single) session in infrared sauna. A code is used to activate the free session when booking at

Members have the opportunity to purchase an unlimited number of sessions (for their own use) of all types, at a reduced price. Another code is used to obtain the reduced price when booking at

Free sessions will expire after 1 year.

Adjustments and changes

Gekko 9 ApS holds the right to change price and other conditions for the Buy. Changes to subcription must be stated to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the changes shall enter into force. In case of such changes the User is entitled to terminate the subscription effecting the date, where the changes enter into force. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the changes takes into force, this is considered as acceptance of the changes. Changes, which has obvious advantage for the User, has immediate effect and requires no termination for the User.

Termination of subcription

The termination of the service has to happen at the end of the payment period on 1th month from the previous payment. In order to terminate one’s agreement, one is required to contact Gekko 9 ApS via


Gekko 9 ApS accepts online payment such as Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

The payment will be withdrawn on your account. At the same time you will receive a confirmation with an active code for the booking of treatment (s) by email, unless anything else is agreed or shown on order.

14 -days full right of return is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

Request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the cancellation right.

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaint regarding errors and deficiencies must be reported to Gekko 9 ApS within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. It is regarded that maimum two months is a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived by improper or unusual operation of the product. Gekko 9 ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Privacy policy

Personal information is collected and stored in our booking and customer database system provided by EasyMe. We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In connection with payment, personal data is exchanged in encrypted form via SSL protocol with our payment provider QuickPay, where the settlement takes place via Nets / Clearhaus.

In order to enter into a subscription agreement with Gekko 9 ApS, we need the following information:
